Q:  What's inside the Para Box?

A: Every para box will contain up to 4 items, different every time and always at least 1 apparel item. Like other subscription boxes, you don't know what you get until you unbox what's inside. But we are sure you will love it.

Q: I ordered a Para Box. When can I expect to receive it?

A: All Para Boxes will ship within the shipment window. Once the sign-up window closes, it may take an estimated 45-60 days to finalize the materials and receive the contents for the Para Boxes.  If you do not receive your para box within 1 week of the shipment window, please contact us.

Q: Can I purchase a box as a gift?

A: Yes. On the order now page, after you select the size, you will need to indicate this is a gift and the shipping address where its being delivered.

Q: Is shipping and tax included in the price of the Para Box?

A: Shipping and taxes are NOT included with your purchase of the Gs Unboxed by 1969UNBOXED.

Q: How are boxes shipped?

A: Through USPS within 3-7 days of shipment window. ​

​Q: What are the shipping timelines for the 1969UNBOXED shop?

A: Once your order is received, we take 5-7 business days to fulfill your order. Once your order is fulfilled, shipping will take an additional 3-7 days and handled via USPS first class or priority shipping.

Q: My Parabox was not received. What do I do?.

A: You can track all shipments with the provided tracking number. 1)For items that appear to be lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier. If the item was never delivered and deemed as lost by the courier, we will resend the items or provide a store credit (depending on the situation). 2) We are not responsible for lost items or packages that are marked as "delivered" by the courier. Consider checking around with your neighbors or mailing office to see if its in another location. In this case, we will open an investigation with the courier and customer. If there is no resolution, we will try to send out another item based solely on availability of the item/package or provide a credit (depending on the situation).

Q: If there is a wrong size in my para box, who do I contact?

A: If we made an error in providing the wrong size, we will exchange the item, free of charge. Please email 1969UNBOXED@gmail.com for any issues or questions. After your para box has been shipped/received, we are not able to complete a return if you selected an incorrect size. Para Box orders are custom orders and placed based on the sizes provided.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: All sales are final. There will be no refunds for 1969UNBOXED Para Boxes or items in the box. Feel free to gift or transfer the items to another brother.  Please reach out to us within 24 hours of your order if you selected an incorrect size so we can assist. If there are any reservations with sizing, please size up. We highly recommend reviewing the size chart prior to placing an order.

Q: Do you do exchanges?

A: 1) Exchanges are available for apparel parabox items on a limited basis if there are additional items in inventory. If a parabox apparel item is available for exchange, shipping cost (to 1969unboxed and back) will be at your expense.  We highly recommend you reference the size chart when ordering.
