Refund and Exchange Policy
All 1969UNBOXED sales are final. We do not issue refunds for purchases made through the SHOP or Paraboxes. If we provided you with an incorrect size, we would do every effort to ensure the correct size is provided. If you would like to return an item due to sizing you initially selected, you will need to place a new order at your own expense.
1969UNBOXED ParaBoxes
Exchanges for ParaBox apparel are subjected to availability if there are additional items in inventory. If a parabox apparel item is available for exchange, the shipping cost (to 1969unboxed and back to you) will be at your expense. We highly recommend you reference the size chart when ordering for your best fit.

Selected items on the SHOP may qualify for an exchange if they are in-stock at our primary warehouse.
The following items ARE NOT eligible for an exchange (not all inclusive list): Swing Phi Dayz, Re-Defining Sisterhood, This Lifestyle, All I need, Daring 12, Daring Christmas, Joyous Kwanzaa, Dare 2 Be Different, OLA Inksplash, No Soror Here, The Unique, Still SwingPhi, Different Phi, The Definition, The Para Girls, Daring, Herstory, All We Need, Daring Hat, Weekender (personalized and non-personalized), any customized items.
If you selected an incorrect size, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an item has started the fulfillment process or been shipped we may not be able to assist. We highly recommend reviewing the size chart prior to placing an order. If there are any reservations with sizing, please size up.
